Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Loom Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Denver, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 547 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
