Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Colorado Springs, CO)

Amberfield Iron Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Colorado Springs, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
