Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Thistle Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
