Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Summit Haven Financial and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
