Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Cleveland, OH)

Redstone Cedar Facilities is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 646 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
