Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Sable Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Cleveland producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
