Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove River Markets Group is a Cleveland retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
