Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Granite Insurance is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
