Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Bridge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
