Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Chicago, IL)

Highbridge Rook Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Chicago with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
