Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Timber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
