Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Charleston, SC)

Fernwood Orchard Facilities is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
