Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Boise, ID)

Stonegate Bright Markets Group is a Boise retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Boise. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
