Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Birmingham, AL)

Harborlight Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Birmingham, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
