Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Birmingham, AL)

Ironwood Oak Banking Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
