Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rowan Banking Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
