Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Austin, TX)

Bright Vista Markets is a Austin retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Austin. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
