Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Austin, TX)

Redstone Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
