Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Maple Financial is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 365 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
