Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark Thistle Staffing is a Tampa staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. You would join a large organisation of about 562 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
