Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (remote)

Foxglove Rook Staffing is a Memphis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
