Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (remote)

Lumen Forge Banking Services is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on timekeeping audits for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 475 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
