Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (remote)

Redstone Granite Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
