Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (remote)

Foxglove Vale Financial is a financial-services company in Rochester, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our timekeeping audits. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
