Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (remote)

Harborlight Wilder Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Tucson region. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. You would join a large organisation of about 796 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
