Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Pine Financial is a financial-services company in Pittsburgh, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our timekeeping audits. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
