Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Orlando, FL)

Summit Glen Banking Services is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on timekeeping audits for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
