Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Northwind Field Financial Group and adding a Senior Payroll Specialist whose main responsibility will be timekeeping audits. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
