Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Maple Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
