Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services is a regional lender in Kansas City with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
