Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Orchard Banking Services is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on timekeeping audits for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
