Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood River Staffing Partners is a Honolulu staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our timekeeping audits. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
