Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Boise, ID)

Summit Pine Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Boise. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Boise. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification.
