Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Boise, ID)

Greenridge River Staffing is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on timekeeping audits for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
