Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Ashton Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
