Senior Payroll Specialist - timekeeping audits (Atlanta, GA)

Greenridge Willow Construction Group is a Atlanta contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on timekeeping audits. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
