Senior Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Haven Construction is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on multi-state payroll for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
