Senior Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Willow Construction Group is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on multi-state payroll for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 332 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
