Senior Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (remote)

Greenridge Oak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Charlotte serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on multi-state payroll. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
