Senior Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (remote)

Rivermark Cross Banking Services Partners is a regional lender in Orlando with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our multi-state payroll. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
