Senior Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (remote)

Foxglove Beacon Financial is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on multi-state payroll for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
