Senior Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (remote)

Lumen Iron Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Wichita region. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on multi-state payroll. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
