Senior Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (remote)

Highbridge Cobalt Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Rochester region, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our multi-state payroll. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
