Senior Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (remote)

Nova Sable Financial serves customers across Philadelphia with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on multi-state payroll. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
