Senior Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Oak Banking Services is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on multi-state payroll for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system.
