Senior Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Denver, CO)

Summit Loom Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Denver, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our multi-state payroll. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
