Senior Payroll Specialist - multi-state payroll (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Vale Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist to take on multi-state payroll. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
