Senior Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (Toledo, OH)

Foxglove Quill Banking Services is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on hourly payroll for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. Nice to have • Payroll certification. • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
