Senior Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (St. Louis, MO)

Redstone Field Construction is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The job centres on hourly payroll for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. What we are looking for • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. • Two or more years of payroll experience. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
