Senior Payroll Specialist - hourly payroll (remote)

Foxglove Cedar Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Tucson serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our hourly payroll. You would join a large organisation of about 928 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle garnishments, benefit deductions and new-hire setup. • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. • Prepare quarterly filings and year-end forms. • Answer employee pay questions promptly and clearly. • Audit timecards and resolve discrepancies with supervisors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of payroll experience. • Strong accuracy, especially under a deadline. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state basics. Nice to have • Experience with ADP, Paycom or a similar system. • Payroll certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
